Registration for 2023-2024 Season

HSC 2023-2024 Season Registration Process

We have developed the registration form to begin our team formation process for the 2023-2024 soccer season.  We have made a significant change to our process and are moving forward with using Sports Connect to streamline the entire registration process to one platform from tryouts all the way to team placement.  The new change will simplify the end-user experience and improve how we manage our team formation process on our end.

Current HSC Member:

You can log in to your Sports Connect account on our website and find the 2023-2024 Season Registration form and follow the instructions to get started.  You will be prompted to answer a few simple questions, and once you submit the form you will get a confirmation email.  This is the process to indicate that you would like to return to HSC for the 2022-2023 season.  There are no official tryouts for current players.  We are asking all our professional coaches to evaluate current players and provide their feedback for next year's team placement.  Once we know the placement of players, official offer letters will be sent via Sports Connect, and you will be able to proceed to finish the registration process thereafter.

Non-HSC Member (You are new and interested in joining):

You can create an account by finding the “REGISTER” tab on the upper right-hand side.  You can follow the instructions to create a new account and register your player(s) with our platform.  Next, you should find the available programs for your player(s) and look for the 2023-2024 Season Registration form.  Select the program available and you will notice a $0 cost for tryouts fee.  Follow the instructions and once completed, you will receive a tryout confirmation email.  Our staff will follow up with you for the available dates and times for your tryout with two options, an invitation to the current team’s practice session, or one of our ID Clinic Sessions.

Refund Policy

Hillsborough Soccer Club has a strict NO REFUND Policy.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the deposit is non-negotiable and necessary for HSC to ensure everyone's commitment to their team and to ensure HSC can meet all of its financial obligations. Please understand that upon receiving your acceptance, HSC will hold a roster spot for your child, and, consequently, HSC will decline to offer a roster spot to other players now interested. Accordingly, please recognize that should you change your mind at a later time, HSC will likely be unable to fill this spot with a player of a commensurate level. Therefore, regardless of how many payments have been run at any given time, your commitment to HSC is for the full amount, and you are knowingly waiving your right to later revoke this charge authorization. During the acceptance of this position through online registration you will further acknowledge that all payments are strictly non-refundable, and agree to be bound by the terms of the HSC refund policy.

To help protect your investment, RegSaver insurance is available to cover unforeseen circumstances such as moving away from the area for job placement, season ending injury, etc. The cost of RegSaver is 7% of the total fee and can be purchased separately by submitting an application at the following link, https://www.registrationsaver.com/?code
